What domove is
domove is an analysis layer over public rental listings. It watches the big rental portals, scores each listing against the preferences you set, and links you to the original listing on its source portal. domove is not a real-estate agency or broker, is not a party to any rental agreement, and does not hold or pass on landlords' contact details.
Dostęp
During the waitlist and beta, access is provided "as is" and may change or pause at any time. Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to any particular level of service. When your city launches, paid access will be offered — pricing is confirmed by email before anything is charged, and joining the waitlist is free.
Zasady korzystania
You agree not to: resell or redistribute domove's output or scores; use bots to circumvent rate limits or scrape the service; submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal data; or use domove for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove access for abuse.
Listings & sources
Listings and their content belong to the portals and landlords that publish them. domove links you to the original and sends traffic to the source; it does not copy, host, or republish listings or their photos. If you operate a portal and have a question, contact legal@domove.ai.
Odpowiedzialność
Scores and estimates are informational guidance produced by AI and can be wrong or out of date. domove makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing, price, or figure. Always verify details directly at the source before acting. To the extent permitted by law, domove is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Your account & ending use
You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@domove.ai; we'll delete your data on request (see the Privacy Policy).
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and we'll notify people on the list of material changes.

Prawo właściwe
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes shall be submitted to the competent Polish courts.
