Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what personal data domove collects when you join the waitlist, why, and the rights you have over it.

Erhobene Daten
When you join the waitlist we collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run the service:
- Your email address and the city you're interested in;
- Your language / locale preference;
- Optional answers to up to three follow-up questions, if you choose to answer them;
- Technical data — IP address and user-agent — used transiently for spam / rate-limiting and not retained beyond 24 hours.
We do not collect landlords' contact details, and we do not store copies of rental listings or their photos.
Rechtsgrundlage
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you join the list. You can withdraw consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to support@domove.ai — without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
How we use your data
Only to run the waitlist and the service: to email you when your city goes live, to send the product updates you opted into, and — once the service is live — to provide it to you. We never use your data for anything you didn't sign up for.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted processors strictly to operate the service, under data-processing agreements — for email delivery (to send the emails you asked for) and hosting & infrastructure (to store your waitlist entry securely). domove is funded by the renters who use it — not by selling data or by advertisers.
International transfers
Your data is processed within the EU/EEA wherever possible. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
Access to personal data is restricted and encrypted in transit. We keep the data footprint deliberately small — no landlord contacts, no stored listings or photos — so there is little to expose.
Cookies & analytics
We use only privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the page is used, and only after you accept in the cookie banner. Decline and no analytics cookies are set. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Aufbewahrungsdauer
We keep your data while you're on the waitlist or a customer, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction, whichever comes first. Technical logs are deleted within 24 hours. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Deine Rechte
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, data portability, and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland, the UODO). Send requests to support@domove.ai — we respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for material changes, email people on the list.
